all: replace deprecated pointer.Rect with clip.Rect

Converted with

gofmt -w -r 'pointer.Rect(r) -> clip.Rect(r)' .
gofmt -w -r 'pointer.Ellipse(r) -> clip.Ellipse(layout.FRect(r))' .

combined with 'goimports -w .' to clean up imports.
