Elias Naur bebc73db37 gpu: implement automatic mipmaps for images
All GPU APIs except OpenGL ES 2 can generate mipmaps for textures.
This trades 33% more GPU memory use for improved rendering quality
and speed for downscaled images.

We know exactly the configuration and number of sets in each pool, so
we may as well allocate them al up front.

Elias Naur e8aa881d40 gpu/internal/vulkan: [Vulkan] replace Device/QueueWaitIdle with fences
vkDeviceWaitIdle and vkQueueWaitIdle are expensive; a vkFence is cheaper
and the usual way to ensure a previous frame has completed before starting
another.

Elias Naur aadb6609ec internal/vk: [Android] add workaround for Vulkan on the emulator
According to the Vulkan specification the pApplicationInfo member of
the VkInstanceCreateInfo structure may be NULL. However, the Android
emulator crashes on vkEnumeratePhysicalDevices if set to NULL.
This change adds a minimal info to please the emulator.

Elias Naur 8613d81a94 gpu/headless: accept the lavapipe Vulkan driver
On headless setups such as sr.ht CI machines, lavapipe is the only
available Vulkan driver. This change accepts the lavapipe software
driver for headless contexts, so that CI won't fall back to OpenGL.

Elias Naur 61a3395879 internal/vk: ignore software Vulkan implementations
It's better to fall back on OpenGL than to accept a software Vulkan
implementation. More importantly, some software implementations such as
lavapipe doesn't even work[0].

Elias Naur 94f7fa3218 app: [Vulkan] keep VkSurfaceKHR ownership to platforms
Before this change, it was unclear who owned the platform specific
VkSurfaceKHR object, leading to a double-free in the error path for
devices with no Vulkan support. This change moves the ownership to the
platform specific code.

Add vk.EnumeratePhysicalDevices while here (refactor was part of
debugging of the double-free).

Elias Naur 8999747ad2 app,gpu,internal/vk: add Vulkan port for Wayland, X11, Android
This change implements a Vulkan port for the two renderers, old and
compute. Run with GIORENDERER=forcecompute to test the compute renderer.

To shake out bugs faster, it is also made the default on systems that
support it. To disable Vulkan and force the use of OpenGL, use the
`novulkan` tag:

$ go run -tags novulkan gioui.org/example/kitchen

Don't forget to file an issue describing the issue that prompted the use
of the tag.
